5. Pricing, plans, and payments
5.1. We offer two billing models:
- Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG):
You purchase a fixed amount of bandwidth (GB). It is usable until consumed and does not automatically renew. - Monthly Subscription:
You are billed on a recurring monthly basis for a defined package (bandwidth, limits, etc.). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
5.2. All pricing, discounts, and available packages are shown on the WeProxies pricing page and/or in the Dashboard. We may update pricing at any time. Changes do not affect already paid, active periods but may apply to future renewals or purchases.
5.3. Payments are processed primarily via Stripe and other payment providers we may add from time to time. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
5.4. You must ensure that:
- you are authorised to use the payment method;
- your billing information is correct and up to date.
5.5. PAYG bandwidth
- Is purchased as a one-time package.
- Does not auto-renew.
- Typically does not expire unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Dashboard or plan description.
5.6. Monthly subscriptions
- Renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel in advance through the Dashboard.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or limit your access until payment is successfully collected.
5.7. Taxes
Prices may be shown excluding VAT or other taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes depending on your billing country or status.
6. Refunds
6.1. Because our Services are digital and start immediately on purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable.
6.2. However, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund in specific cases, for example where:
